I'm Ronald L Nitti, third generation making all wood windows and custom millwork

A well established business dating back to 1935

In that era almost every lumber business did millwork

As time goes by and modern products are added to the market place the small mill shops disappeared

along with the skilled workers. Another trade lost almost forever

There are a few scatter shop around but they are few and far between

My trade and skills were learned on the bench and on the saw

I am fortunate, that over the years, I have been able to find young people that wanted to learn the skills

That took personal pride in knowing their work and craftsmanship will last a long time

Now I would like to retire in a few years but  I don't want the business to stop

I would hate to see another wonderful craft lost to time

This is an opportunity for someone with the same love I have for the "mill" to carry on a 70 year

tradition of hand crafting products for the older traditional houses

This business is not for everybody, if your looking to sit in an office and crunch numbers this is not

for you. This is a hands on mill shop, where the boss does the fabrication along with his workers

A typical day consists of quotes, answering the question of all the clients, working with architects,

homeowner, carpenter, and the wholesale trade.

In other words your day goes by quickly

Now if your artistic , have good hand skills , like dealing with people, being known as a wealth

of information on 100 year old houses and solving design problem then maybe you should

give this a thought

This is a good honest trade ,where at the end of the day you can look at your creations and say

with pride " I made that "
