| Jambliner installation instructions | |
| 1 | remove sash |
| 2 | remove parting strip , pullies,weights |
| 3 | insulate weight pockets |
| 4 | sand and remove any paint "crumbs" from edge of sash |
| 5 | make a 5/8 x 5/8 groove down center of sash |
| with either a router or table saw | |
| 6 | place track on flat surface |
| 7 | place sash in track on top of plastic guides |
| bottom sash is beveled and should match the bevel on the bottom of the track | |
| 8 | place the other track on top of the sash making a "sash sandwich" |
| 9 | set the track and sash into opening |
| 10 | fasten track to side jamb by either using a small (3/4 brad) or a staple gun |
| 11 | reinstall top parting strip |
| note: track might need to be lubricates with silicone spray to operate smoothly | |
| 12 | Sit back have a cold drink and admire your work !!!! |
